        Great concept; poor execution. Missing key pieces - like the bolts that keep it from spinning. Pieces received (nets, puck return) wrong shape/different than shown. Poor design - the air hockey outlet is blocked by leg - can only play on side. Pool table won't sit flush into unit. Air hockey board peeling color off it. [...] the manufacturer doesn't have a clue about this product. [...]

        Not that Hayneedle Customer Service didn't try...the distributor/manufacturer has almost no customer support for this product. The instructions are in Chinglish and blurry. The parts sent don't match the photos shown. There is no one who will answer questions about how to assemble this product. Looks good in concept but poor execution by the manufacturer.

          Instructions are unusable, fields are all warped, can't spin the table because the foosball handles grab the floor, plug hides behind bracing bars so I had to cut a new hole for the plug, miniature everything is only good for an 8 year old but game says it is for 12 and above. Just get a quality foosball table instead.
